CHANGING ATTITUDE OF YOUTH TOWARDS LIFE

Gone are the days when youth chose a single path which might have due to parents and peer pressure. They are looking to the brighter part of life. Present day youth are independent, free from parents’ pressure and are much focused. Irrespective of parents background, state of study, what they pursue everyone now are searching for creative jobs. No one is ready to lock away their creative talent somewhere inside them because of some or the other reasons. Though the goal set is difficult and different to reach; their hunger for creativity and job satisfaction is thriving to search new ways to make it possible.
Learn while you work is their policy. With basic degree in hand and a job at 21, most of them are looking forward for making new boundaries. For e.g., if a person wants to enter into journalism but if he/she is not from relevant background they are beginning their hunt as freelance writers or citizen journalists or by any interns.
Observing this trend, many institutes or companies are hiring them giving internships or part-time jobs.Movie-making, photography, interior designing are the vocational fields in which youth are getting into.
Before a decade, only a single job which belonged to their main academic field was chosen. The advent of globalization, change in attitude and life-style increased opportunities and the chance to explore and expose one’s interests. Strong cum smart planning and developing skills are added the assets.

“Talent is useless without opportunity” says Napoleon Bonaparte. Career counselors are ready to guide students into a promising careers and good ethics. If given a proper direction with disciplined lifestyle the young minds are coming out with flying colors in the chosen fields.

“Fly over the sky, touch the bottom of ocean, and let your dream wander in the vast universe” is the motto of present day youth.
