e-teaching/e-learning

In the fast-folded era, notebooks have turned to note-pads, pens to keyboard, teacher to a online tutor, classroom to home/office/anything depending on the place one sign-in into his/her account. Due to changing times, man started seraching for the sophisticated way living. Starting from teaching school tuitions to MBA/GRE/Civil Services exams everything have come online. e-teaching is a good option for generating income for people with sound knowledge on relevent subject. With many search engines coming on their way, advertising have become easy, quick, approachable.

Considering the stats in the recent years, it was obvious that working people started using the full benefit of e-learning for preparation of exams. While we look at the pros and cons of e-teaching/e-learning, both are equal. e-teaching remains as a source of employment, way of spreading knowledge etc. e-learning is helpful for working employees. Unlike one-time classroom environment this has a facility to listen to classes many times.

Many scholars are worried about it as there is danger for traditional way of learning and thereby affects class-room teaching. e-teaching/learning is good for above 20years students but that should not become a part of school curriculum as it harms the traditional way in a serious manner.

CHANGING ATTITUDE OF YOUTH TOWARDS LIFE

Gone are the days when youth chose a single path which might have due to parents and peer pressure. They are looking to the brighter part of life. Present day youth are independent, free from parents’ pressure and are much focused. Irrespective of parents background, state of study, what they pursue everyone now are searching for creative jobs. No one is ready to lock away their creative talent somewhere inside them because of some or the other reasons. Though the goal set is difficult and different to reach; their hunger for creativity and job satisfaction is thriving to search new ways to make it possible.
Learn while you work is their policy. With basic degree in hand and a job at 21, most of them are looking forward for making new boundaries. For e.g., if a person wants to enter into journalism but if he/she is not from relevant background they are beginning their hunt as freelance writers or citizen journalists or by any interns.
Observing this trend, many institutes or companies are hiring them giving internships or part-time jobs.Movie-making, photography, interior designing are the vocational fields in which youth are getting into.
Before a decade, only a single job which belonged to their main academic field was chosen. The advent of globalization, change in attitude and life-style increased opportunities and the chance to explore and expose one’s interests. Strong cum smart planning and developing skills are added the assets.

“Talent is useless without opportunity” says Napoleon Bonaparte. Career counselors are ready to guide students into a promising careers and good ethics. If given a proper direction with disciplined lifestyle the young minds are coming out with flying colors in the chosen fields.

“Fly over the sky, touch the bottom of ocean, and let your dream wander in the vast universe” is the motto of present day youth.

Dream or Destiny ??

Have you ever got struck between dream and destiny ? Of course this is a common phenomenon everyone faces in one's life. When you dreamt of something and you are to leave it to your destiny then it is hard time for anyone to live in. But I feel as time passes by, one will be lead to a path which makes you feel that "everything happens for a reason."

When you are unable to find a path to your destination just stay cool and accept the challenges what life throws patiently.

  Always,

TOUGH BEGINNINGS WILL HAVE FINE ENDINGS...!!

When a sport have become a bait for bilateral relations..

This is the time when cricket fans are glued to the TV sets. Indo-Pak series is not only a feast for sub-continent cricket lovers but also the entire world eyes on it. Often compared to the "Ashes" matches between the two have been a center of attraction for the media,people,sports-persons and others.

From the first International match in 1952, between India - Pak there were many tussles in bilateral relations. This effect was directly on the sports. Leaving behind the result of the on-going tour of Pakistan in India let us concentrate on the facts behind it. After the Kargil war in 1972, there were no tours held between the two countries. It was in 1978, when India tour of Pak after 26 years under the captaincy of Bishen Singh Bedi. After the recent 26/11 attacks in Mumbai bilateral relations suffered a lot thereby cricket was affected.

As the time passed and due to the pressure from other peace organisations slowly BCCI organised a series between India and Pakistan as the only way to improve bilateral relations is through "cricket." In a country where cricket is a religion and in the other country where cricket is the chief sport there have been a continuous effect of the political understandings.

Considering the matches between the two from the history "cricket" was made a bait between two nations which created much hype and grabbed attraction of the world. Now it can be said that
"cricket in their management" where management is the political influence. I feel cricket or any other sport should be exempted from political issues.

Breaking my resolution on the 1st day itself I woke at 8AM. Was regular with my daily activities. Didnt receive my diary for this year yet. Ended the day by leafing through my 2012 diary.

Hope this year brings some positive changes in everyone's life and as a woman I feel greatful when some strict laws gets implemented against harassment of women.
